No. HOME-JD-10ESBM(DISJ)/4/2024-3JUD1/460.-On the recommendation of the Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh, as conveyed by its Registrar General vide letter No. 243Gaz-I/VI.E.34 dated 05th April, 2025 the Governor of Punjab is pleased to withdraw the appointment of Ms. Himani Gupta as Civil Judge (Junior Division), offered vide appointment letter dated 14.02.2024, in the State of Punjab in the Recruitment process of PCS(JB) 2022-2023 as the EWS category certificate, submitted by her, was obtained on the basis of false declaration.
