No. PB.GP/S/Gurdaspur /2025/6286.-In consequence of the resignation of S Harmeet Singh and Smt Kulwinder Kaur having been accepted by competent authority under Section 17 of Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 (Punjab Act No. 9 of 1994) read with Rule 7 of the Punjab Panchayati Raj (Gram Panchayat) Rule 2012 the name of S Harmeet Singh Sarpanch Gram Panchayat Chuhar Chak figuring at serial No. 27(1) and Smt Kulwinder Kaur Sarpanch Gram Panchayat Kotla Subha Singh figuring at Serial No. 43(1)in Government of Punjab, Department of Rural Development and Panchayats Notification No. PB.GP/S/P/Gurdaspur/2024/ 6112, dated 28th October, 2024, (Block Dhariwal, Shri Hargobindpur Sahib) shall be deemed to have been omitted.
