ਨੰ :1-ਸੀ.U.ਪੀ./2025-26/62 .- ਡਾ. ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੋਹਲ, ਮੈਂਬਰ, ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਮਿਤੀ 27 ਜੂਨ, 2025 ਨੂੰ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਅਕਾਲ ਚਲਾਣਾ ਕਰ ਜਾਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਦੀ ਖਾਲ੍ਹੀ ਹੋਈ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਸਪੀਕਰ,ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੁੁਆਰਾ ਮਿਤੀ 25 ਨਵੰਬਰ, 2025 ਨੂੰ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਹਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧੂ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ. ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜਵਿਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਸੰਚਾਲਣ ਨਿਯਮਾਵਲੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 180 (3) ਅਧੀਨ ਉਕਤ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ-ਕਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਾਲ 2025-26 ਦੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

The 27 November, 2025
No. 1-COP/2025-26/62.- Against the vacancy caused due to demise of Dr. Kashmir Singh Sohal, M.L.A. in the Committee on Petitions, the Hon'ble Speaker, Punjab Legislative Assembly has nominated Sardar Harmeet Singh Sandhu, M.L.A. on 25 November, 2025 under Rule 180 (3) of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Punjab Vidhan Sabha (Punjab Legislative Assembly) to serve on the said Committee for the remaining period of the year 2025-26.
