No. 207 Gaz.II/XXI.C.22.- In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 10 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023), Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to confer the powers of Chief Judicial Magistrate upon the following member of P.C.S.(J.B) to be exercised during the leave period of Ms. Pavleen Singh, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ludhiana within the District mentioned against her name with effect from the date of assuming the charge as Chief Judicial Magistrate:-
