NOTIFICATION

No.E-1012209/MG-D-MISC/160/2025- MINES/PJ6/410.- Vide Government of Punjab, Department of Mines and Geology, Gazette Notification No. G.S.R.184/C.A.67/1957/Ss.15 and 23C/Amd.(14)/ 2025 dated 01.12.2025, Rule 87 of the Punjab Minor Mineral Rules 2013 has been amended in which Superintending Engineers, Mines and Geology, have been designated as appellant authorities in place of State Geologist, for hearing the appeals from every original order of assessment of royalty, if the order is made by an assessing authority.
Pursuant to these amendments made in Rule 87 of the Punjab Minor Mineral Rules, Notification no. E-526429/WR-PROJ0SCHE/7/2023-PJ6/330 dated 24.09.2025, is hereby withdrawn.
