No.793049-DMER-ME305ME3/22/2025-4MER1/l/1253934/2025.- In the continuation to the Notification No. THOTA/Ludhiana/HB-4-PB-5ME3/8849 dated 22.06.2020 & Notification No. DMER-ME305ME3/22/2025-DMER/1/1020768/2025 dated 29.01.2025, the Government of Punjab is pleased to change the name of Dr. Karamvir Goyal, Medical Superintendent, Aykai Hospital, Ludhiana as a chairman on the place of Dr. Hitish Narang, Medical Superintendent, Aykai Hospital, Ludhiana in the existing Hospital Based Authorization Committee, Akyai Hospital, Ludhiana under Transplantation of Human Organs & Tis- sues Act-1994, Rules-1995, Amended Act- 2011 & Amended Rules-2014 as under.
