NOTIFICATION
The 9th December, 2025
No.E-526429/WR-PROJOSCHE/7/2023-PJ6/415.-In supersession to notification no. E-526429/ WR-PROJOSCHE/7/2023-PJ6/321 dated 13.12.2024 and in exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 90 of Punjab Minor Mineral Rules 2013 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to further amend condition IX of Annexure-2 of Notification no. 11/04/2022-PJ6/494 dated 24.11.2022, as follows:-
"IX. No operation of mining shall be carried out 100m inside and outside of flood protection embankments (Bandh) of major rivers in the State."
