Amanpreet Singh Panch having been accepted by competent authority under Section 18 of Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 (Punjab Act No. 9 of 1994) read with Rule 7 of the Punjab Panchayati Raj (Gram Panchayat) Rule 2012 the name of S. Amanpreet Singh Panch Gram Panchayat Baba Deep Singh Nagar figuring at serial No. 6(4)in Government of Punjab, Department of Rural Development and Panchayats Notification No. PB.GP/S/P/ Ludhiana/2024/6116, dated 28th October, 2024, (Block Ludhiana-1) shall be deemed to have been omitted.
