No.-793049-DMER-ME305ME3/22/2025-4MER1/I/1253934/2025.-In the continuation to the Notification No. THOTA/Ludhiana/HB-4-PB-5ME3/8849 dated 22.06.2020 & Notification No. DMER- ME305ME3/22/2025-DMER/I/1020768/2025 dated 29.01.2025, the Goverment of Punjab is pleased to change the name of Dr. Karamvir Goyal, Medical Superintendent, Aykai Hospital, Ludhiana as a chairman on the place of Dr. Hitish Narang, Medical Superintendent, Ayaki Hospital Ludhiana in the existing Hospital Based Authorization Commitee, Akyai Hospital, Ludhiana under Transplantation of Human Organs & Tissues Act-1994, Rules-1995, Amended Act 2011 & Amended Rules-2014 as under.
