NOTICE
In pursuance of regulation 24 read with regulation 37 of the Punjab Financial Corporation General Regulations, it is hereby notified that the 67th Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Punjab Financial Corporation will be held at the Head Office of the Corporation i.e. 95-98, Bank Square, Sector-17-B, Chandigarh on 28th, January, 2026 (28.01.2026) (Wednesday) at 11.30 AM to transact the following business:
1. To read and consider the Balance Sheet as on 31st March, 2021 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended 31st March, 2021 together with the report of the Board on the working of the Corporation throughout the year and the Auditor's Report on the Balance Sheet and Accounts.
2. To consider the appointment of Statutory Auditors for the financial year 2020-21 as per the RBI norms.
3. To fill two vacancies of directors Under Section 10(e) of the SFCs amendment Act, 2000.
It is further notified that the Share-Register of the Corporation shall remain closed, and the registration of transfers shall remains suspended from 1st January, 2026 to 28th, January, 2026 (Both days inclusive) (28 days).
NOTES:
1. The list of Share-holders shall be available for purchase at the Head Office of the Corporation at Rs.1/-(Rupees one only) from 7th, January, 2026.
2. Last date for receipt of nomination for election as a director shall be 14th January, 2026.
3. Nominations received up to 14th January, 2026 shall be consideration by the Managing Director on15th January, 2026.

Last date for deposit of certified copies of resolution appointing dully Authorized representatives by the Companies shall be 24th January, 2025. 6. Written orders of the State Govt. And SIDBI authorizing any of these officers to act as thererepresentative at the meeting, may be deposited before the time fixed for the meeting i.e. 11.30 AM on 28th January, 2026.
