No. 8/19/2006-Agri-2(6)/ 6741.- On the basis of the proposal of Director, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Punjab, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to declare the land of the following village of District Fazilka water-logged under Section 3 (3) (c) and the area of these villages is exempted from the purview of the "Punjab Preservation of Sub-soil Water Act, 2009" for one year:-
