NOTIFICATION

No.15/01/2023-4HG2/832.- In exercise of powers conferred by Section 175 of the Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to assign the functions for promotion or otherwise and of the appeal to be exercised by the Authority as mentioned below.
1. Promotion, Deputation and C.D. Charge:-
The decision for promotion and taking person on deputation or giving C.D. Charge shall be taken at the level of the officers as indicated below:-
Level (as per 6th PCC)
Competent Authority Upto Level 16
Chief Administrato Level 17 to Level 28
Vice Chairman Level 29 and above
Chairman
2 Appeals:
The appellate authority against the orders of appointing authority shall be as under:-
1) Group-A, B and C
