HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH

CORRECTION SLIP

The 12th January, 2026

No. 199 Rules/II.D4.- In the existing Rule 1 clause (a) of Chapter-18

of Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, Volume IV, the words

'Book not on the list cannot be purchased without the previous sanction of the

High Court and no book can be added to the lists without similar sanction', are

substituted with the following:-

'Books not on the lists as mentioned above can also be

purchased, if they have been recommended by the concerned

Committee of this High Court and approved by Hon'ble the

Chief Justice.'
