NOTIFICATION
The 27th March, 2023
No.17/17/01-5hg2/536.- In order to facilitate completion of the projects, keeping in view public interest, making an exception to Section 5(5) under Section 44 of Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act, 1995 the Governor of Punjab is pleased to grant extension for a period of One year i.e. from 01-01-2023 to 31-12-2023 to the following Projects on the basis of recommendations submitted by concerned Development Authorities:-

1. Greater Punjab Co-operative H/b & Altus Space Bldg. (570 Acres)
2. M/s Innovative Housing and Infrastructure Pvt Ltd (155.90 Acres)
3. The Palm by M/s Manohar Infrastructure & Construction Pvt Ltd. (234.37 acres) The extension will be granted subject to submission of requisite fee. The concerned Promoter/Developer will submit quarterly development plans with timelines in the office of Chief Administrator, PUDA (Mega Projects Branch, PUDA) by 31-03-2023.
This is issued with the approval of Chief Minister, Punjab.
