No.04GAZ.II/XXI.C.22..- Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to confer all the powers of Special Judicial Magistrate (First Class) under section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, upon the following members of P.C.S (JB), the powers of Whole Time Secretary of District Legal Services Authority, for holding Lok Adalats/Camp Courts in the Jails in the State of Punjab With effect from the date they start holding such Lok Adalats/Camp Courts in the Jails till their posting as Whole Time Secretary District Legal Services Authority within the District mentioned afainst their names:-
