No. HOME-JD-10ESBM(DISJ)/27/2025-3JUD1/13.-On the recommendation of the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh, as conveyed by its Registrar General vide letter No. 5518/ RHC(8) dated 20th Oct, 2025 the Governor of Punjab is pleased to dismiss the services of Sh. Daljit Singh Ralhan, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Presiding Officer Industrial Tribunal, Jalandhar, from service, under sub rule (ix) of Rules 5 of Punjab Civil Services (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 1970 with immediate effect.
