HOME-JD-10ESBM(JDOF)/9/2023-3JUD1/I/729006/2023.-On the recommendation of Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, conveyed by its Registrar General, vide Do. No. 4603/RHC(6) dated 09.10.2023, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to dismiss the services of Shri Pradeep Synghal, Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Division)(under suspension with headquarter at Fazilka) from service, under Rules 5 read with rules 8 of Punjab Civil Services (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 1970
