No.Labour-Lab0MISC/41/2023-3L/964.- The powers exerisable by the Chief Executive Officer, Punjab Bureau of Investment Promotion under sub-section (2-A) of section 8 of the Factories Act, 1948(Central Act No.LXIII of 1948) under rules 7,8,9,10 and 11 of Punjab Factory Rules, 1952 shall now be exercisable by the "Additional Chief Executive Officer" Punjab Bureau of Investment Promotion, Punjab.
