No. Labour-Lab0MISC/41/2023-3L/969.- The powers exerisable by the Chief Executive Officer, Punjab Bureau of Investment Promotion under sub-section (2-A) of section 8 of the Factories Act, 1948(Central Act No.LXIII of 1948) under rules 3,3-A, 4 and 6 of Punjab Factory Rules, 1952 shall now be exercisable by the "Additional Chief Executive Officer" Punjab Bureau of Investment Promotion, Punjab.
