PSERC/Secy/Regu. 200.- In terms of the provisions of Regulation 4(1) of the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Electricity Supply Code, Standards of Performance and Related Matters) Regulations, 2024 as amended from time to time, the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby constitutes the Supply Code Review Panel consisting of the following members:

The tenure, remuneration, travelling allowance and functions of Supply Code Review Panel shall be as specified in Regulation 4(1) of the PSERC (Electricity Supply Code, Standards of Performance and Related Matters) Regulations, 2024. The Supply Code Review Panel shall come into being on the date of the notification.
