No: E1038412/HOME-PS-40PHRC-2025-3PB2/I/1311555.- In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 9 of the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Rules, 2020, read with section 11 of the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019 (Central Act No. 40 of 2019), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to designate the Punjab State Human Rights Commission as the appellate authority for the purposes of the said rules.
