No.E-785464-4H6/1312668.- In pursuance of the provisions of clause (u) of section 2 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 (Central Act No. 46 of 2023) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to declare a new Police Station, to be known as the State Anti Gangster Task Force Police Station at Rajpura, District Patiala, which shall perform its functions for the whole of State of Punjab with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
