No.PWSSB/Secy/2026/64.-No. E-357555/- In exercise of the powers conferred by the Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board Act, 1976 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board Service (Regulation) Rules, 1982, namely:-
RULES
1. (a) These rules may be called the Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board Services (Regulation) (First Amendment) Rules, 2026;
(b) They shall come into force on and with effect from the 17.07.2020.
In the Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board (Services) Regulations, 1982, Class III, of Appendix 'B', Punjab Government, Local Government Department (Local Government-4 Branch), E. Comp.
No. 357555 File No. LG-LG-407/8/2025-LG4 Dated: 11-01-2026, the pay scales/qualifications for direct recruitment shall be substituted, namely:-
2. ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਤਜਵੀਜ ਅਨੁੁਸਾਰ 7ਵੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਤਰਜ ਤੇ ਵਿੱਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਧੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਗW~ਪ ਬੀ, ਅਤੇ ਸੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਪੇਅ ਸਕੇਲ ਹੇਠ ਅਨੁੁਸਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ: -

GAZ., FEBRUARY 13, 2026 (MAGHA 24, 1947 SAKA) 331 3. ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਸਰਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ: - i) ਵਿੱਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਨੰ: 7/204/2012-4ਐਫ.ਪੀ1/60 ਮਿਤੀ 15.01.2015 ਅਤੇ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਨੰ: 7/204/2012-4ਐਫ.ਪੀ1/853793/1 ਮਿਤੀ 04-10-2016 ਇੰਨ-ਬਿੰਨ ਲਾਗੂ ਰਹਿਣਗੀਆਂ।
ii) ਮੁ~ਢਲੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਇਸ ਸਕੇਲ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁ~ਖ ਮਿਲਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਭੱਤਿਆਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਵਿੱਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਨੰ. FD-FP-10PYSC/9/2023-3FP1/166-171 ਮਿਤੀ 27.06.2023 ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
iii) ਛੇਵੇਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿਫਾਰਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁ~ਖ ਵਿੱਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਨੰ 09/01/2021-5ਐਫ.ਪੀ.1/671 ਮਿਤੀ 05-07-2021 ਇਸ ਪੇਅ ਮੈਟ੍ਰਿਕਸ ਤੇ ਲਾਗੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਭਾਵ ਇਸ ਪੇਅ ਮੈਟ੍ਰਿਕਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁ~ਖ ਮੁੁੜ ਕੋਈ ਰੀਵਿਜਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
iv) ਇਹ Pay Matrix ਕੇਵਲ Prospective Direct Recruitment, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਵਿੱਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਪੱਤਰ ਨੰ:
7/42/2020-5ਐਫ.ਪੀ.1/741-746 ਮਿਤੀ 17.07.2020 ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁ~ਖ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਹੈ, ਲਈ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਣਗੇ।
