The 9th April, 2024

No. 41/2(6)/2023/LE-2/1364.- The Governor of Punjab, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under section 4 of " The Lotteries (Regulation) Act 1998" read with rule 3 of " The Lotteries (Regulations) Rules 2010 " and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, is pleased to promulgate the following scheme to conduct a lottery scheme in the state viz:
