No. 74 Gaz.II/XXI.C.22.-In partial modification of this Court's notification no.58 Gaz.II/XXI.C.22 dated 30.03.2024 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 11 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to confer upon the following members of the P.C.S.(J.B.) the powers noted against their names to be exercised within the district mentioned in column No.5 below:-
