No.(e593380)MER-HTH3017A/10/2023-5HB3/I/769391/2024.- The Governor of Punjab is pleased to re-costitute the " Hospital Based Authorization Committee" constituted vide no.2/8/2021-PB-5ME3/ 1100 dated 21.01.2022 under the "Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act. 1994, Rules-1995, Amended Act-2011 & Rules- 2014" for the Max Super Speciality Hospital, Mohali as mentioned below:-

( 1800 ) PART I] PUNJAB GOVT. GAZ., SEPTEMBER 4, 2026 (BHDR 13, 1948 SAKA) 1801 2. This Hospital Based Authorization Committee shall work as per the provisions of the "Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994, Rules-1995, Amended Act-2011 & Rules- 2014" as amended from time of time.

3. This Notification issues with the approval of competent authority .

Note: According to clause 15 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules 2014, the presence of Secretary Health/ Medical Education or nominee and Director, Health Services/ Medical Education & Research are mandatory.
