No. HOME-JD/10ESBM(DISJ)/26/2026-3JUD1/584.-On the recommendation of the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, conveyed by its Registrar General vide Letter No. 213 Gaz.I/VI.Z.18, dated 28.04.2026, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to accord ex-post facto approval for the appointment of Ms. Surinder Pal Kaur, District & Sessions Judge, as Presiding Officer, State Transport Appellate Tribunal & Food Safety Appellate Tribunal, Punjab on deputation.
