In continuation of Notification No. (E723871)MER-HTH305C/9/2024/5HB3/712 dated 09.08.2024, the following partial modifications are made to Para No:

14. Fee Structure: a. Fee for admission for M.B.B.S/B.D.S. course in Govt. Medical Institutions/Govt.

15 & 16 Reservation Policies: (ix) Children/Grandchildren of Freedom Fighters of Punjab-1% Reservation.

(As per Punjab Government Policy, Letter No. 9(13)-8P2-84/12532 dated 14.09.1995)

17.Non-Resident Indian (NRI) Seats:

• 15% of seats in all Private Institutes, Guru Gobind Singh Medical College, Faridkot, and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar State Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), Mohali.

• 13 seats each in Government Medical College, Patiala and Amritsar.

• 3 seats in Government of Dental College, Amritsar.

• 4 seats in Government Dental College, Patiala. These seats are reserved for Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) as per the applicable guidelines.

Service Bond for MBBS/BDS Students:

• A service bond of Rs. 20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs Only) shall be applicable to students admitted under both State Quota and All India Quota.

• Duration: One year for All India Quota students and Two years for State Quota students.

• The service period may be extended at the discretion of the Government.
