PART-III GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HOUSING-II BRANCH) NOTIFICATION The 16th September, 2026
No.G.S.R.55/C.A.16/2016/Ss.2 and 84/Amd.(4)/2026.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 read with sub-clause (iv) of clause (g) of section 2 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (Central Act No.16 of 2016) and in pursuance of the amendment made to section 68 of the said Act under section 2 read with serial number 70 of the Schedule to the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2026 (Central Act No.8 of 2026), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Punjab State Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017, namely:
RULES 1. (1) These rules may be called the Punjab State Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Amendment Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of their
publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Punjab State Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017, in rule 35, in sub-rule (1), in the Table, the following row shall be omitted, namely:-
