GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB DEPARTMENT OF HOME AFFAIRS (HOME-5 BRANCH) NOTIFICATION The 28th September, 2026
No. HOME-HM-50CC/32/2023-HOME–5/I/1512122/2026.-Whereas the land specified in the Specification given below was erroneously left out at the time of acquisition of some land vide the Government of Punjab, Department of Home affairs and Justice, (Home-V Branch) Notification No. 11/64/91-5H(V)/5432, dated the 22nd February, 1991;
Whereas the aforesaid left out land falls in between the land acquired earlier vide aforesaid notification by the Union of India for Defence purpose.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act No. 30 of 2013), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to issue notice to the persons concerned of its intention to acquire the land described in the Specification given below, namely:-
SPECIFICATION
Plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Sub Divisional Magistrate-cum- Special Land Acquisition Collector, Pathankot, District Pathankot on any working day during the working hours.
