NOTIFICATION FOR CONSTITUTION OF EXPERT GROUP

No.WR-IRWR04/1/2024-IW3/479.- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) and (2) of section 7 of "The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013", the state Government hereby constitutes an independent multi- disciplinary "Expert Group" with the following members to evaluate the Social Impact Assessment (SIA) report prepared in connection with acquisition of land measuring 3.0125 Acre of Village Chak Madho Singh, Tehsil and District Pathankot for project "Construction of New Shahpurkandi Channel No.2, 3 and 4 in District Pathankot" which shall irrigate Agri-culturable land of various villages of Tehsil & District Pathankot. The expert group shall make its recommendation within a period of two months from date of its constitution:-

The constitution of Expert Group shall come into force from the date on which the report of Social Impact Assessment will be published in the affected areas.
