No.IND-INDU0MISC/291/2026/E-1214146/I/1516420/2026.-The Governor of Punjab is pleased to issue interpretation and relax the timelines/conditions for availing Fiscal Incentives under the Industrial & Business Development Policy, 2022 and Detailed Schemes & Operational Guidelines (DSOG), 2018 under Industrial & Business Development Policy, 2017 as under:
1. Clause 14.1(viii) of Chapter 14 of IBDP-2022 has been relaxed as: - "Unit shall submit annual return in the prescribed format during the production/incentive period within twelve (12) months from the close of the relevant financial year."
Further, Units shall be allowed to file any pending APRs on or before 31.10.2026 as one-time option.
This relaxation shall extend to all APRs till F.Y. 2024-25. All such APRS shall be submitted only through the Fast Track Punjab Portal in online mode and no offline submissions shall be entertained.
2. One-time special exemption is hereby allowed, from filing of information on MSME data bank in terms of clause 6.4(ix) of DSOG-2018 and clause 14.1(ix) of IBDP2022, only until the MSME Databank portal is not operational, subject to the condition that the next incentive of such an industrial unit shall be processed, only if the necessary filing of information in the MSME Databank has been done. No further extension will be granted in this regard.
