Preliminary Notification U/S 11 (1)

No.WR-IRWR04/15/2022-IW3/502.- Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 11 of "The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013" (hereinafter referred to asthe Act), The Government of Punjab (The Department of Water Resources, Punjab, Chandigarh) has issued Preliminary Notification vide No.WR-IRWR04/15/2022- IW3/698 dated 6-3-2025 to acquire the land in District Barnala and Sangrur for the public purpose namely, "Excavation of Badbar link Drain RD 0-16070" to facilitate the flow of flood water of Dhuri drain to Sahoke drain which will save nearby abadies and agriculture land of adjacent villages in district Sangrur and Barnala. The substance of the said notification was published in the daily newspaper.
Whereas, upon verification of revenue record, it has been found that due to clerical/technical error, certain below mentioned khasra numbers in the above said notifications require substitution for accuracy
Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by section 11(1) of the said act, the khasra number mentioned below are hereby amended in earlier issued above mentioned Notification of U/S 11 "The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013"
Any person interested in any land which has been notified under aforesaid section as being required or likely to be required for the above said purpose, may within sixty days from the date of Publication of corrigendum in the office of LAC-cum-SDM, Barnala and LAC-cum-SDM, Sangrur as per their jurisdiction, object to area and suitability of land proposed to be acquired, justification offered for public purpose and the findings of social Impact Assessment report

ਜਦ(cid:131) ਿਕ, ਰੈਵਿਨਊ ਿਰਕਾਰਡ ਦੀ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਪਾਇਆ ਿਗਆ ਹੈ ਿਕ ਕਲੈਰੀਕਲ/ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਗਲਤੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਕਤ ਨ(cid:260) ਟੀਿਫਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਿਵੱ ਚ ਦਰਜ਼ ਹੇਠ(cid:127) ਿਲਖੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੁ

ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹੁਣ ਉਕਤ ਐਕਟ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 11(1) ਦੁਆਰਾ ਿਦੱ ਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤ(cid:131) ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਹੇਠ(cid:127) ਦਰਜ਼ ਖਸਰਾ ਨੰ ਬਰ(cid:127) ਨੂ
ੰ " ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਪ(cid:135)ਾਪਤੀ, ਮੁੜ ਵਸੇਬਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਨਰ-ਵਸੇਬਾ ਿਵੱ ਚ ਉਿਚਤ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ੇ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ਤਾ ਦਾ ਅਿਧਕਾਰ ਐਕਟ 2013" ਧਾਰਾ 11 ਅਧੀਨ ਪਿਹਲਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਉਕਤ ਨ(cid:260) ਟੀਿਫਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਿਵੱ ਚ ਇਸ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸੋਿਧਆ ਜ(cid:127)ਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਐਕਵਾਇਰ ਕਰਨ ਸਬੰ ਧੀ ਇਤਰਾਜ, ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਵੇ ਤ(cid:127) ਐਕਟ ਦੇ ਸੈਕਸ਼ਨ 15 ਦੇ ਤਿਹਤ ਿਦਲਚਸਪੀ ਰੱ ਖਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਿਵਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਇਸ ਨ(cid:260) ਟੀਿਫਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਪ(cid:135)ਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਿਮਤੀ ਤ(cid:131) 60 ਿਦਨ(cid:127) ਦੇ ਅੰ ਦਰ ਭੂਮੀ ਗ(cid:135)ਿਹਣ ਕੁਲੈਕਟਰ-ਕਮ-ਉਪ-ਮੰ ਡਲ ਮੈਿਜਸਟ(cid:135) ੇਟ, ਸੰ ਗਰੂਰ ਅਤੇ ਭੂਮੀ ਗ(cid:135)ਿਹਣ ਕੁਲੈਕਟਰ-ਕਮ-ਉਪ-ਮੰ ਡਲ ਮੈਿਜਸਟ(cid:135) ੇਟ, ਬਰਨਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁ
