जी.एस.आर.40:-भारथ ाे संववािन ाे ननुच्छे द 318 ाे खण्ड (ा) द्वारा प्रदत्थ शम्तथयों ाा प्रयोग ारथे हुए राजस्ाान ाे राज्यपाल, राजस्ाान लोा सेवा आयोग (सेवा ाी शथें) ववननयम, 1974 ाो और संशोधथि ारने ाे ललए, इसाे द्वारा ननमनललखखथ ववननयम बनाथे हैं, नाााथ ्ः-
1. संक्षप्तिनामरर्ांरभ.- (1) इन ववननयमों ाा नाम राजस्ाान लोा सेवा आयोग (सेवा ाी शथें) (संशोनि) ववननयम, 2025 है।
(2) ये र्थुथ प्रभाव से प्रवृत्थ होंगे।
2.वनिनयम3कासंशोधन.- राजस्ाान लोा सेवा आयोग (सेवा ाी शथें) ववननयम, 1974 ाे ववननयम 3 ाे उप-ववननयम (1) में ववद्यमान नलभव्यम्तथ ''साथ'' ाे स्ाान पर नलभव्यम्तथ ''दस'' 163 राजस्ाान राज-पत्र, जुलाई 21, 2025 भाग 4 (ग) DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL (A-Gr.-II)

G.S.R.40 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Article 318 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (Conditions of Service) Regulations, 1974, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These regulations may be called the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force with immediate effect.
2. Amendment of regulation 3.- In sub-regulation (1) of regulation 3 of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (Conditions of Service) Regulations, 1974, for the existing expression "seven", the expression "ten" shall be substituted.
