No F.8(7)Law/Gr-2/90/Part-II/ 98 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (b) of Sub-Section (2) of Section 6 of the Legal Services Authority Act, 1987 (Central Act No. 39 of 1987), Hon'ble the Governor is pleased to nominate Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma, Judge of the Rajasthan High Court as Executive Chairman of the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority with immediate effect for the period co-terminus with his Superannuation from the date he assumes the charge of this post.
