ववधधयों ददे ाो रम्ममलति ारते हुए) रामा्य ााूनू ूियम। RAJASTHAN STATE POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD, JAIPUR NOTIFICATION Jaipur, August 13, 2025 G.S.R.56 .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 12 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Central Act No. 6 of 1974) and sub- section (3) and(4) of section 14 read with clause (h) of sub-section (2) of section 54 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (Central Act No. 14 of 1981) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board, with the prior approval of the State Government, hereby makes the following rules & regulations further to amend the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board Employees Service Rules & Regulations, 1993, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules & regulations may be called the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board Employees Service (Amendment) Rules & Regulations, 2025. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment of rule and regulation 41.-After the existing last proviso to rule & regulation 41 of the said rules & regulations, the following new proviso shall be added, namely:-
"Provided also that if vacant post cannot be filled by promotion due to non- availability of persons having prescribed experience on the lower post or experience of service or both, as the case may be, for the year 2025-26, a relaxation upto two years in experience of the lower post or experience of service or both, as the case may be, shall be given to fill vacant post. However, where the prescribed experience for promotion is two years, the relaxation shall be given for one year only. The relaxation under this proviso shall only be available to those persons who have not availed any relaxation in experience on the lower post or experience of service or both, as the case may be, for promotion during the years 2023-24 and 2024-25. No one shall be eligible for promotion during their probation period.
