NOTIFICATION

G.S.R.58 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 6 of the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012 (Act No. 21 of 2012) read with rule 32 of the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Rules, 2013, the State Government, being of the opinion that it is necessary for the socio-economic policies of the Central Government and the State Government, utilization of resources and expertise of the departments and enterprises of the Central Government and the State Government and saving the time, money and efforts of the procuring entities required in inviting and processing of bids individually, hereby makes the following amendments in this department's notification number F. 1(8)/FD/GF&AR/2011 dated 04 September, 2013, as amended from time to time, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In table of the said notification,-
(i) in column 3, against clause (C) of column 2 against serial number 1, after the existing items 4, the following new item 5 shall be added, namely:-
" 5. Constitution Club of Rajasthan "; and
(ii) the existing serial number 50 and entries thereto shall be substituted by the following, namely:-
| 50. | Food and Beverage, Catering in official meetings/ conferences/ events | From Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation/ Indian Tourism Development Corporation/Rajasthan State Hotel Corporation/ Constitution Club of Rajasthan | The Constitution Club of Rajasthan shall supply the food, beverage and catering only in the meetings / conferences/ events organized in the Constitution Club of Rajasthan |
