FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, August 14, 2025 S.O.21 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1998 (Act No. 14 of 1999), the State Government being satisfied that it is necessary to do so in the public interest hereby orders that the stamp duty chargeable on the tranche wise agreements for loan executed by the banks or financial institutions authorised to grant such loans under the Mukhyamantri Svanidhi Yojana in favour of the persons or families who are declared eligible under the said Yojana shall be remitted.
