ववभभन्न ववभाग म ्रदााों के भए ेे् र मा गने की सूचनाओ को सम्ममभएत करते हुों े साववजननक और ननजी ववज्ञापन आदा। Energy Department NOTIFICATION Jaipur, August 18, 2025 No.F.20(39)Energy/2025/04258 .-In exercise of powers conferred by Section 164 of Electricity Act, 2003 (Central Act No. 36 of 2003), the State Government for the purpose of placing electric lines or electric plants for the transmission of electricity or for the purpose of telephone or telegraphic communications necessary for the proper coordination of works or for the purpose of construction of approx. 7 KM. 132 kV S/C Transmission line on Panther Conductor by M/s Navkar Infratech from developer's 132 KV pooling sub-station at Village Bijaliya, Tehsil Siwana, District Balotara to be connected at RVPN's 132kV GSS Siwana, District-Balotra, is hereby authorized M/s Navkar Infratech, E-13, 1st Phase Industrial Area, Balotara-344022 (Raj.), under the Indian Telegraph Act,1885 (Central Act 13 of 1885), subject to compliance of Supreme Court's order and outcome of final decision on the feasibility report by the Committee constituted vide Supreme Court order dated 19.4.2021 and subsequent orders in the matter of GIB.
