महत्वर्पूण सरकारी आज्ञायें। Home (Gr.-9) Department Notification Jaipur, September 01, 2025 No. F. 36(30)Home-9/2016 .-WHEREAS having regard to the circumstances prevailing in the jurisdiction of District Magistrate, Churu the State Government is satisfied that it is necessary to authorise the District Magistrate, Churu to exercise the powers under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Rajasthan Prevention of Anti Social Activities Act, 2006 (Act No. 1 of 2008).
Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Rajasthan Prevention of Anti-Social Activities Act, 2006 (Act No. 1 of 2008), the State Government hereby authorises the District Magistrate, Churu to exercise the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act for six months.
