जी.एस.आर.66्:-भारत ाे ंिववािू ाे नूुच्छे े 187 ाे खण्ड (3) द्वारा प्रेत्त ोंम्ततयों ाा प्रयोग ारते हुए राजस्ााू राज््य ाे राज्यपाि, राजस्ााू ववािू भिा ाे नध्यक्ष ेि परामोंश ारूे ाे पश्चात ्, राजस्ााू ववािू भिा धिचवायि (भती ताा ेिवा ाी ोंतें) ूियम, 1992 ाो और ंिोंोधति ारूे ाे सएि, इािे द्वारा ूिमूसखिखत ूियम बूाते हैं, नााशत ्:-
1. संक्षप्ति नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इू ूियमों ाा ूाम राजस्ााू ववािू भिा धिचवायि (भती ताा ेिवा ाी ोंतें) (ेनरिा्ंिोंोूि) ूियम,्2025 है। (2)ये राजपत्र में इूाे प्रााोंू ाी तारीख ेि प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. अनुसूची का संशोधन.- राजस्ााू ववािू भिा धिचवायि (भती ताा ेिवा ाी ोंतें) ूियम, 1992 ेि ंििग्ू नूुनिच में, ोंर् श "राजस्ााू ववािू भिा धिचवायि ेिवा" ाे न िू क्रम ंिख्यांा 20ा ाे ािमूे स्तंभ 4 में ववद्यमाू्प्रववम्टयिों्ाे स्ााू पर ूिमूसखिखत प्रतिस्ाावपत काया जायेगा, नााशत ्:-
"ेिवा्ाा्10्र्वश्ाा्नूुभव, म्जमिें्ेि्2्र्वश्ाा्नूुभव्उपमाोंश्िाे ्पे्र्पहोूा्चादहए:

G.S.R.66 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of Article 187 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of the State of Rajasthan, after consultation with the Speaker of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, hereby please to make the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions ofService) Rules, 1992, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment of Schedule.-In Schedule appended to the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1992, under the heading Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha Secretariat Service, the existing entries of column 4, against serial number 20A shall be substituted by the following, namely:-
"10 years experience of the service out of which 2 years must be on the post of Deputy Marshal:
Provided that one-time relaxation of 2 years experience of the post of Deputy
Marshal shall be granted for the financial year 2024-25."
