भारत गणराज्म क हिित्तरवें र्वव में राजस्थान राज्म ववधान-मण्डल निम्नसलखति धधिनिमम बनाता हैैः-
1. ंिक्षप्ति ना और प्रारंभ.- (1) इ ि धधिनिमम का नाम राजस्थान स्वास््म ववज्ञान ववश्ववव्मालम (ंिोिधन) धधिनिमम, 2025 है।
(2) मह 26 जुला,, 2025 को और ि प्रवृत्त मिझा जाम गा।
2. 2005 के राजस्थान धधनििय ंि. 1 की ािरा 6 का ंिोधनि.- राजस्थान स्वास््म ववज्ञान ववश्ववव्मालम धधिनिमम, 2005 (2005 का धधिनिमम ंि. 1) की धारा 6 में,-
(i) उप-धारा (2) क ण्डि ()ि में, वव्ममान धसभव्मज्त "स्वामत्त होना" क पश्चात औ और वव्ममान धसभव्मज्त "मा उ ि ककीि भी धन्म ववश्ववव्मालम" ि पूवव, धसभव्मज्त "मा राज्म रिकार ्वारा ािसति होना" धंत:स्थावपत की जाम गी; और
(ii) वव्ममान उप-धारा (3) क पश्चात औ, निम्नसलखति नमी उप-धारा जोडी जाम गी, धथावत औ:-
"(4) इ ि धधिनिमम में धंतवववष्ट ककीि बात क होत हुए भी, राज्म रिकार ववश्ववव्मालम क परामवि ि, राजपत्र में प्रकासति धधिूिचना ्वारा, ववश्ववव्मालम क घटक मा उकि ्वारा स्थावपत ककीि महावव्मालम को रिकारी महावव्मालम होना घोर्वत कर कि गी। ऐीि र्घोणा होन पर ऐ ि महावव्मालम का प्रािनििक निमंत्रण और मिस्त भूसम, भवनों, प्रमोगािलाओं, उपस्कर, पुस्तकों दिहत मिस्त आजस्तमां राज्म रिकार में निदहत हो जामेंगी और ऐ ि महावव्मालम(मों) क धधिकारी, धध्मापक 424 राजस्थान राज-पत्र, सतिम्बर 16, 2025 भाग 4 (क) और कमवचारी, राज्म रिकार ्वारा गदति स्रीनिंग सिमति ्वारा स्रीनिंग क माध्मम ि उपमु्त पाम जान पर, और ऐ ि निबंधनों और तिों, जो धधिूिचना में धधिकथित की जामें, की पूतिव करन पर, राज्म रिकार क धधिकारी, धध्मापक, मा मथाजस्थति, कमवचारी मिझ जामेंग ।"।
3. निरनि और व्या्ितयितयां.- राजस्थान स्वास््म ववज्ञान ववश्ववव्मालम (ंिोिधन) धध्माद ,ि 2025 (2025 का धध्माद िंि. 1) इकि ्वारा निरसति ककमा जाता है।
(2) ऐ ि निरनि क होन पर भी, उ्त धध्माद िक धधीन की गमी मिस्त बातें, की गमी कारववाइमां मा ककम गम आद िइ िधधिनिमम क धधीन ककम गम मिझ जामेंग ।

No. F. 2(25)Vidhi/2/2025.- In pursuance of Clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to authorise the publication in the Rajasthan Gazette of the following translation in the English language of the Rajasthan Swasthya Vigyan Vishwavidyalaya (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2025 (2025 Ka Adhiniyam Sankhyank 13):-

THE RAJASTHAN UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES (AMENDMENT) ACT,
2025

Act
further to amend the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences Act, 2005.
Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Seventy-sixth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-
1. Short title and commencement.-(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2025.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 26thJuly, 2025. 2. Amendment of section 6, Rajasthan Act No. 1 of 2005.- In section 6 of the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences Act, 2005 (Act No. 1 of 2005),- (i) in the clause (b) of sub-section (2), after the existing expression "is required to be self-governing" and before the existing expression "or to be associated with", the expression "or to be governed by the State Government" shall be
inserted; and
(ii) after the existing sub-section (3), the following new sub-section shall be added, namely:-
"(4) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the State Government may, in consultation with the University, by notification published in the Official Gazette, declare any college, constituent to or established by the University, to be a government college. Upon such declaration, the administrative control of such college and all assets including all land, buildings, laboratories, equipment, books shall vest in the State Government and the officers, teachers and employees of such college(s) after being found suitable through screening by a screening committee constituted by the State Government and on fulfilling such terms and conditions as may be laid down in the notification, shall be deemed to be the officers, teachers, or, as the case may be, employees of the State Government.".
3. Repeal and savings.- (1) The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences
(Amendment) Ordinance, 2025 (Ordinance No. 1 of 2025) is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, all things done, actions taken or orders made under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken or made under this Act.
