G.S.R.107 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 6 of the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012 (Act No. 21 of 2012) read with rule 32 of the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Rules, 2013, the State Government, being of the opinion that it is necessary for the socio-economic policies of the Central Government and the State Government, utilisation of resources and expertise of the departments and enterprises of the Central Government and the State Government and saving the time, money and efforts of the procuring entities required in inviting and processing of bids individually, hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification number F.1(8)/FD/GF&AR/2011 dated 04 September, 2013, as amended from time to time, namely:-
| 51. | Original works and repairs relating to buildings and other works | (a) Following Works Department of the State Government,- (i) Public Works Department (ii) Public Health Engineering Department (iii) Water Resources Department (iv) Forest Department (v) Command Area Development Department (b) Rajasthan State Road Development and Construction Corporation Ltd., Rajasthan Urban Drinking Water Sewerage | The overheads to be charged by a Works Department of the State Government shall be decided by the Finance Department. T he overheads to be charged by an executive agency shall be as under:- Original works and repairs,- upto Rs. 9% (i) - |
| and Infrastructure Corporation Ltd., Rajasthan Police Housing & Construction Corporation Ltd., Real Estate Development & construction Corporation of Rajasthan Ltd. or any Board or Public Sector Enterprise of the Government of Rajasthan, which are engaged in execution of works.
