No. F. 36(33)Home-9/2012 .-WHEREAS having regard to the circumstances prevailing in the jurisdiction of District Magistrate, Kota, the State Government is satisfied that it is necessary to (cid:1) uthorize the District Magistrate, Kota to exercise the powers under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Rajasthan Prevention of Anti Social Activities Act, 2006 (Act No. 1 of 2008).
Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Rajasthan Prevention of Anti-Social Activities Act, 2006 (Act no. 1 of 2008), the State Government hereby (cid:1) uthorizes the District Magistrate, Kota to exercise the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act for six months.
