NOTIFICATION

Jaipur, December 08, 2025

G.S.R.116 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 78 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Central Act No. 16 of 1908), the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in this department's notification number F.4(2)FD/Tax/2024-68 dated 08.02.2024, as amended from time to time, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In the said notification,-

1. under the head ARTICLE-IV, in column number 3,-

(i) against serial number 3, for the existing expression "100 rupees", the expression "200 rupees" shall be substituted;

(ii) against serial number 4, for the existing expression "100 rupees", the expression "200 rupees" shall be substituted; and(iii) against serial number 5, for the existing expression "100 rupees", the expression "200 rupees" shall be substituted; 2. the existing ARTICLE-V and entries thereto shall be substituted by the following, namely:-

ARTICLE-V Fees for Attendance and Commission
1.	Fees for each attendance at a private residence or jail under section 31, 33 or 38 or for the issue of a commission under section 33 or 38,-
	(a) if the person is in jail	50 rupees
	(b) if the person is physically unable to attend the office	100 rupees
	(c) in other cases (not specified in clause (a) and (b) above),-
	(i) where the place of residence is situated in jurisdictional area of the Sub-Registrar	5,000 rupees
	(ii) where the place of residence is situated in the State of Rajasthan but outside the jurisdictional area of	10,000 rupees
	the Sub-Registrar
	(iii) where the place of residence is situated out of the State of Rajasthan within India	20,000 rupees
Note: The fee mentioned in this Article shall be charged in addition to the ordinary registration fee.

(i) against clause (a) of column 2, for the existing expression "50 rupees", the expression "100 rupees" shall be substituted;

(ii) against clause (b) of column 2, for the existing expression "50 rupees", the expression "100 rupees" shall be substituted;

(iii) against clause (c) of column 2, for the existing expression "50 rupees", the expression "100 rupees" shall be substituted; and

(iv) against clause (d) of column 2, for the existing expression "300 rupees", the expression "500 rupees" shall be substituted.
