G.S.R.122 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Compassionate Appointment of Dependents of Deceased Government Servants Rules, 1996, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Compassionate Appointment of Dependents of Deceased Government Servants (Amendment) Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force with immediate effect.

2. Amendment of rule 10.- In sub-rule (3) of rule 10 of the Rajasthan Compassionate Appointment of Dependents of Deceased Government Servants Rules, 1996, for the existing expression "90 days", the expression "180 days" shall be substituted.
