यथोल्लिखित विभिन्न सेवा नियमों को और संशोधित करने के लिए, इसके (cid:217)वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात ् :-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन नियमों का नाम राजस्थान विभिन्न सेवा (ततीयृ संशोधन) नियम, 2025 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवत्त ृ होंगे।
2. संशोधन.- इसके साथ संलग्न अनसचीु ू के स्तंभ संख्यांक 2 में यथोल्लिखित प्रत्येक सेवा नियम के सामने स्तंभ संख्यांक 3 में यथोल्लिखित नियम या उप-नियम के परन्तक ु मे वि(cid:217)यमान अभिव्यक्ति ''छह मास'' या, यथास्थिति, ''6 मास'', के स्थान पर अभिव्यक्ति ''एक वर्ष'' प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी।

G.S.R.125 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Various Service Rules as mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Various Service (3rd Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment.- In proviso to rule or sub-rule as mentioned in column number 3 against each of the service rules as mentioned in column number 2 of the Schedule appended hereto, for the existing expression "six months" or "6 months", as the case may be, the expression "one year" shall be substituted:-

ू में शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हएु राजस्थान के राज्यपाल, इसके साथ संलग्न अनसचीु
यथोल्लिखित विभिन्न सेवा नियमों को और संशोधित करने के लिए, इसके (cid:217)वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात ् :-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन नियमों का नाम राजस्थान विभिन्न सेवा (ततीयृ संशोधन) नियम, 2025 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवत्त ृ होंगे।
2. संशोधन.- इसके साथ संलग्न अनसचीु ू के स्तंभ संख्यांक 2 में यथोल्लिखित प्रत्येक सेवा नियम के सामने स्तंभ संख्यांक 3 में यथोल्लिखित नियम या उप-नियम के वि(cid:217)यमान परन्तक ु के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा, अर्थात ्:-
भाग 4 (ग) राजस्थान राज-पत्र, दिसम्बर 31, 2025 568"परन्त ु आयोग या, यथास्थिति, नियक्तिु प्राधिकारी विज्ञापित रिक्तियों की 50% की
सीमा तक, उपयक्त अभ्यर्थियों ु के नाम आरक्षित सचीू में रख सके गा। नियक्तिु प्राधिकारी को

G.S.R.126 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Various Service Rules as mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Various Service (3rd Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment.- The existing proviso to rule or sub-rule as mentioned in column number 3 against each of the service rules as mentioned in column number 2 of the Schedule appended hereto shall be substituted by the following, namely:-
''Provided that the Commission or Appointing Authority, as the case may be, may to the extent of 50% of the advertised vacancies, keep names of suitable candidates on reserve list. (i) for the existing punctustion mark ".", the punctuation mark ":" shall be substituted; and (ii) the following proviso shall be added, namely:-
''Provided that the Committee may to the extent of 50% of the advertised vacancies, keep names of suitable candidates on reserve list. The names of such candidates may, on requisition, be recommended in order of merit to the Appointing Authority within one year from the date on which original list is forwarded by the Committee to the Appointing Authority.''

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules and regulations may be called the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (Ministerial and Subordinate Services) (3rd Amendment) Rules and Regulations, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment of rule 27.- In first proviso to rule 27 of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (Ministerial and Subordinate Services) Rules and Regulations, 1999, for the existing expression "six months", the expression "one year" shall be substituted.
