संख्या-F5(2)coi/coord/des/2020 :- कें द्र सरकार (cid:217)वारा जनगणना नियम 1990 के नियम 6क और नियम 6घ के साथ पठित जनगणना अधिनियम 1948 (1948 का 37) की धारा 3 और धारा 17 के
(cid:217)वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हएु भारत की जनगणना 2027 से सम्बन्धित मकानसचीकरणू का कार्य 1 अप्रैल 2026 से 30 सितम्बर 2026 के बीच सभी राज्यों और संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों में प्रत्येक राज्य और संघ राज्य क्षेत्र (cid:217)वारा विनिर्दिष्ट तीस दिन की अवधि के दौरान किया जाना है। स्व-गणना के लिए विकल्प भी उपलब्ध होगा जो कि तीस दिन की घर-घर जाकर मकानसचीकरणू का कार्य आरम्भ होने से ठीक पहले पन्द्रह दिन की समयावधि में संचालित किया जायेगा।
जनगणना अधिनियम 1948 (1948 का 37) के उपबंधो के अधीन बनाए गए जनगणना नियम 1990
के नियम 8 के उपनियम (3) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हएु राज्य सरकार ने यह निर्णय लिया है कि राज्य में भारत की जनगणना 2027 के प्रथम चरण अर्थात मकान सचीकरणू का कार्य दिनांक 16 मई 2026 से 14 जनू 2026 के मध्य में सम्पन करवाया जाएगा। स्व-गणना के लिए विकल्प भी 1 मई 2026 से 15 मई 2026 की समयावधि में संचालित किया जायेगा।

No. F.5(2)COI/Coord/DES/2020 :-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 and Section 17 of the Census Act, 1948 (37 of 1948), read with Rule 6(a) and Rule 6(d) of the Census Rules, 1990, the Central Government hereby notifies that the work relating to House listing operations of the Census of India 2027 shall be conducted in all States and Union Territories between 1stApril, 2026 and 30th September, 2026, during a period of thirty days as specified by each State and Union Territory. An option for self-enumeration shall also be made available, which shall be operational for a period of fifteen days, commencing thirty days prior to the start of the house-to-house House listing and Housing Census work.
18314 राजस्थान राज-पत्र, जनवरी 22, 2026 भाग 1(ख) has decided that the work of the first phase of Census of India 2027, i.e., the House listing and Housing Census, in the State shall be conducted from 16th May, 2026 to 14th June, 2026. The option for self-enumeration shall be operational from 1st May, 2026 to 15th May, 2026.
