NOTIFICATION

G.S.R.135 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 102 of the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 (Act No. 13 of 1994), the State Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Amendment) Rules, 2026. (2) They shall come into force with immediate effect.

2. Amendment of rule 266.-In rule 266 of the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996, hereinafter referred to as the said rules, the existing clause (5) and entries thereto shall be substituted by the following, namely:-

"(5) Class IV Secondary from a recognised Board (100% by direct recruitment) or its equivalent examination."3. Amendment of Schedule-I.-In Schedule-I of Chapter-XII of the said rules, the existing entry in column number 5against serial number 7shall be substituted by the following, namely:- "Secondary from a recognised Board or its equivalent examination." जी.एस.आर.135 :-राजस्थान पंचायती राज अधिनियम,1994 (1994 का अधिनियम सं. 13) की धारा 102 (cid:217)वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हएु राज्य सरकार, राजस्थान पंचायती राज नियम, 1996 को और संशोधित करने के लिए इसके (cid:217)वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात ्:-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भः- (1) इन नियमों का नाम राजस्थान पंचायती राज (संशोधन) नियम, 2026 है।

(2) ये तरंतु प्रवत्तृ होंगे।

2. नियम 266 का संशोधन.-राजस्थान पंचायती राज नियम, 1996, जिन्हें इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त नियमों के रूप में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है, के नियम 266 में, वि(cid:217)यमान खंड (5) और उसकी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा, अर्थात ्:-

"(5) चतर्थ

ु श्रेणी मान्यताप्राप्त बोर्ड से सैक(cid:214)डरी या इसके

(100 प्रतिशत सीधी भर्ती (cid:217)वारा) समतल्यु परीक्षा।"

3. अनसचीु ू -1 का संशोधन.-उक्त नियमों के अध्याय-12 की अनसचीु ू -1 में, क्रम संख्यांक 7 के सामने स्तंभ संख्यांक 5 में वि(cid:217)यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा, अर्थात ्:-
