जी.एस.आर.140 :-भारत के संविधान के अनच्छे दु 309 के परन्तकु और राजस्थान पलिसु अधिनियम, 2007 (2007 का अधिनियम सं. 14) की धारा 20 (cid:217)वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हएु राजस्थान के राज्यपाल, राजस्थान सिविल सेवा (राज्य विशेष शाखा, राजस्थान की विशेष सरक्षाु विंग में व्यक्तियों की नियक्तिु के लिए विशेष चयन और सेवा की विशेष शर्तें) नियम, 2012 को और संशोधित करने के लिए, इसके (cid:217)वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात ्:-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन नियमों का नाम राजस्थान सिविल सेवा (राज्य विशेष शाखा, राजस्थान की विशेष सरक्षाु विंग में व्यक्तियों की नियक्तिु के लिए विशेष चयन और सेवा की विशेष शर्तें) (संशोधन) नियम, 2026 है।

(2) ये 01.04.2025 से प्रवत्तृ हएु समझे जायेंगे। 2. अनसचीु ू -II का संशोधन.- राजस्थान सिविल सेवा (राज्य विशेष शाखा, राजस्थान की विशेष सरक्षाु विंग में व्यक्तियों की नियक्तिु के लिए विशेष चयन और सेवा की विशेष शर्तें) ू -II की शर्त 2 में, वि(cid:217)यमान अभिव्यक्ति "15%" के स्थान नियम, 2012 से संलग्न अनसचीुपर अभिव्यक्ति "25%" प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी। [सं. एफ 5(2)डीओपी/ए-।।/2012 पार्ट] राज्यपाल के आदेश और नाम से, डॉ. मकटु ु बिहारी जांगिड़ संयक्तु शासन सचिव। 690 राजस्थान राज-पत्र, फरवरी 20, 2026 भाग 4 (ग)

G.S.R.140 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and section 20 of the Rajasthan Police Act, 2007 (Act No. 14 of 2007), the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Civil Services (Special Selection and Special Conditions of Service for Appointment of Persons in the Special Security Wing of State Special Branch, Rajasthan) Rules, 2012, namely: 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Civil Services (Special Selection and Special Conditions of Service for Appointment of Persons in the Special Security Wing of State Special Branch, Rajasthan) (Amendment) Rules, 2026. (2) They shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 01-04-2025.

2. Amendment of Schedule-II.- In condition 2 of Schedule-II appended to the Rajasthan Civil Services (Special Selection and Special Conditions of Service for Appointment of Persons in the Special Security Wing of State Special Branch, Rajasthan) Rules, 2012, for the existing expression "15%", the expression " 25%" shall be substituted.
